Currently Berlin has three international airports: Tegel (TXL), Tempelhof (THF) and Schoenefeld (SXF). That will all change however by 2011, when the expansion of Schonefeld is scheduled to be completed. Then Tegel and Tempelhof will be closed and the Schonefeld's new incarnation - the mighty Berlin Brandenburg International Airport - will handle all flights to and from the capital.
Tegel, in Reinickendorf, is the current official international airport of Berlin. It is also the busiest and every year more than 11 million passengers fly through it (technically more than its actual legal capacity!). Tegel is easily accessible via public transport; just take buses X9, 109, 128 or TXL.
Tempelhof is the oldest and smallest of the three Berlin airports and situated in Tempelhof, south of the city centre. To get there you can take the underground U6 to Platz der Luftbruecke or the buses 104 and 248. From Tempelhof you can fly to many German destinations, as well as central European destinations.
Schoenefeld is situated south east of Berlin in Brandenburg and serves principally charter flights and low-cost carriers (like EasyJet, Germanwings and Ryanair). The cheap airlines in fact account for about 70% of Schonefeld's air traffic. You can get to Schoenefeld by train (RE7, RB22, RB14), the airport express, the overground S45 and S9 and the buses 162, 163, 171, 734, N60 and N71. By car you can take the A100 or the A113.

Study German at F+U, the largest test centre for TestDaF in Europe!Established in 1980, F+U Academy of Languages is a top language school based in Heidelberg, a picturesque yet vibrant university city in central Germany, 80 km south of Frankfurt, as well as in Berlin, Darmstadt and Chemnitz.

TANDEM München - International Language School

With 20 years of experience, this language school located in Munich has a very good reputation offering courses for professionals, students, tourists and migrants. It is member of the TANDEM International Network of Quality Language Institutes and also an accredited TestDaF and ZD examination centre. TANDEM attach great importance to creating a personal and relaxed learning environment. At TANDEM Munich they think that learning should be for fun as well as successful! Located in southern Germany, directly on Lake Constance near the Swiss Alps, Carl Duisberg Centren in Radolfzell provides high-quality German language courses year-round to students from all over the world. We teach adults from beginner to advanced level. In addition, we provide summer and winter camps for children and teenagers. The closest international airport is Zurich in Switzerland which is only 55km away. There are also excellent train and bus connections from Frankfurt, Stuttgart and other German and Swiss cities. Radolfzell is only 2 hours from winter sports centers in Austria and Switzerland, great if you are a skier or snowboarder!
Founded in 1981, our school is conveniently situated beside the Radolfzell City Gardens and offers a view of the historic, medieval center of town. Our school has a personal, friendly atmosphere and our students quickly feel at home. This small school has eight classrooms, a small cafeteria, a computer room and a basement party room.
