Twyford School is a Christian, co-educational independent day and boarding school for girls and boys ages 3-13. We are located in Twyford Village in Hampshire on the southern coast of England, approximately 3 miles south of Winchester and 10 miles north of Southampton, and near the M3 motorway. Winchester is situated approximately 53 miles / 85 km south-west of London. At Twyford School, pupils may board from Year 4. We aim to offer a high quality of all round education for boys and girls and this is achieved through excellent staff and small class sizes.

Heathrow, Gatwick and Southampton airports are all within easy reach of our school.

Twyford School is beautifully situated on the South Downs and just a few minutes away from the historic city of Winchester. With a long history, the school is steeped in tradition, but not at the expense of educational innovation - oak panelling and stained glass sit alongside interactive whiteboards and comfortable, friendly classrooms.

- Leaving the M3 motorway at junction 11, follow the B3335 signs to Twyford. The school is 300 yards on the left after entering the village.

- If travelling from another direction, follow signs for Winchester from the traffic lights (by Twyford Post Office and Stores) and the school is on the right after about 800 yards.

Welbeck Defence Sixth Form College is a co-educational, residential sixth-form boarding college in Loughborough in Leicestershire, Central England. One of the top colleges in the country, Welbeck offers a two-year A-level education for students wishing to pursue an engineering based career in the Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and MOD (Ministry of Defence) Civil Service.

The college accommodates around 340 students on a superbly equipped, ultra-modern campus. The tuition is free, although parents may have to contribute towards living expenses. Once a student completes the course, they would then be committed to a career in the Army for a period of time.
