The airport Capodichino in Naples is only 45 km far from Salerno and thanks to its daily world-wide connections it is one of the fastest and most comfortable ways of reaching our city. It takes about 40 minutes from the airport to Salerno and there are various methods of transport.

The Salerno railway station is connected to the entire Italian and European rail service and the Intercity and Eurostar services are the fastest ways of arriving to the city.
By car:

Lingua Madre is an Italian language school in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy. We offer Italian courses to students from around the world. Genoa (called Genova in Italian) forms the southern corner of the Milan-Turin-Genoa industrial triangle of north-west Italy. It is approximately 400kms (1 hour flight) from the capital, Rome.We offer intensive Italian courses, Italian evening classes, preparation for the CELI exam and private Italian lessons. The Centro Machiavelli was founded in 1978, and is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, in the area of Santo Spirito. This neighbourhood is home to artisans and artists and as it is just off the beaten tourist track, the economic and social characteristics has been left intact. The school is in Piazza Santo Spirito itself, one of the finest squares of the city. With its bars and outdoor cafés, its daily market workshops and restaurants it is a favourite haunt of Florentines and thus provides our students opportunity to meet them. The Centro Machiavelli was founded in order to provide a response to a growing world-wide interest in Italian language and culture. Communication is the basis of our teaching method.
