Certification/Degree - Candidates successfully completing the program will be awarded a degree in Master of Business Administration from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.

Classes - Our classes are held online, in Virtual Classrooms over the Internet, and are scheduled on early mornings on weekdays and weekends, giving you the flexibility to fit your education into your unique schedule.

They can be attended from your home, with access to a computer and a broadband connection.
Should you miss your class on any given day, you may view it in a recorded format at any time of your convenience later.

Term end examination will be conducted twice a year by the University. The examination would be in a pen and paper format, and Examination Centers would be located around the Country, at most Metros / State Capital's.

Eligibility Criteria -

•Candidates who have passed any Bachelor's degree of a recognized University with not less than 3 year of Full Time experience a Managerial / Supervisory / Professional Role ,after their graduation AND
•Should currently be working in a Professional Capacity in any organization.

Selection Procedure -

Applications for admission to various programmes are invited through advertisements in major national newspapers in June & December every year. A Program Prospectus is distributed to interested candidates on payment of the applicable fee.

Admissions at UBS are strictly only based on eligibility. UBS is a part of an ODL (Open Distance Learning) system, which is ‘Open’ in nature, and does not differentiate within candidates, on a basis other than eligibility.Thus, candidates who apply, if found eligible by the criteria set in the program, are automatically granted admission.

MBA in Information Technology
This MBA in Information Technology Management is designed to help you develop the skills you need to enhance business competitiveness and interact effectively with executive management as a strategic business partner. People who choose this specialization are often employed in entry to mid level positions in IT / Technical / Managerial functions in the IT/ITESS Sector.
