The facility / school is licensed under Hennepin County Rule 3 as a group family day care and carries liability insurance for the safety of your child.Our Minneapolis preschool provides a diverse variety of neurologically challenging activities and a wide array of learning materials to provide an optimum environment for your child’s growth and development. Audubon Center of the North Woods

The Audubon Center of the North Woods, located in Sandstone, east-central Minnesota, is a private, non-profit, residential environmental learning center (RELC), and it is a leader in offering meaningful nature experiences to people of all ages. We are conveniently located six miles from Interstate 35, only about 90 miles from the Twin Cities (St. Paul & Minneapolis), St Cloud, Duluth, and Brainerd.Through our Summer Youth Camps Program, we will provide an opportunity to engage kids in nature through immersion in the wild outdoors to promote environmental awareness, compassion and leadership and an ethic of care for the earth. It is also a wildlife rehabilitation facility, and conference and retreat center.
