The Learning Experience® (TLE) in Readington in Hunterdon County, NJ is a state of the art child development center, open year-round from 6:30am - 6:30pm, taking children from the ages of 6 weeks to 8 years. We offer a state certified full day kindergarden program with small class sizes, large colorful classrooms and a dynamic curriculum. We have limited places available for September. We believe that each child deserves to grow and learn at his or her own pace. Our responsibility is to provide the tools and the environment that will give our children every opportunity to develop to their greatest potential.

The Learning Experience® was established in the state of Florida in 1979 by Michael and Linda Weissman. We are currently developing close to 80 locations within the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia markets. To the best of our knowledge, TLE is currently the fastest growing childcare center operator in the Northeastern United States.

State Certified Full Day Kindergarden Programs:
- A wide range of child development programs such as Full Phonics Reading; Start to Art ; Talent Sprouts; Suddenly Science; Music 4 Me; Movin and Groovin; Marvelous Math; Dancin Feet; Sign Language & Little Leap Program
- Summer Camp in the months of July and August.

State agencies regulate and oversee the quality and compliance of each childcare center. At The Learning Experience® (TLE), our staff is additionally obligated to follow systems that have been meticulously designed to not only meet state regulatory standards, but where possible, exceed them. A plethora of criteria is monitored and scored.

This monitoring is essential in order to maintain the highest standards for security, safety and health as well as curriculum education and staff performance. In addition, Center Directors and Center Business Managers, continually trained at TLE’s Corporate Headquarters, are responsible for conducting evaluations twice monthly. Routine procedures must be executed by Teachers, Directors and Area Directors to insure all quality standards are met. They include a daily center check list and elaborate monthly and quarterly evaluations. There are management and staff evaluations, daily communications between the center, the area director, parents and the corporate headquarters. These evaluations must be faxed to corporate headquarters for further critique.
