Stepping Stone School was founded in 1978 to fulfill a need for services for students with significant behavior and other learning needs in western and central New Jersey. A cognitive behavioral approach is used with students to teach them about their emotional needs while at the same time reinforcing appropriate behaviors. Classroom activities are organized, individualized, and supported through ongoing counseling and social skill building activities.
Stepping Stone School provides all its students, a state certified program, with a curriculum aligned to fulfill the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards (NJCCS). In addition, Stepping Stone School complies with The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

The Learning Experience® (TLE) in Readington in Hunterdon County, NJ is a state of the art child development center, open year-round from 6:30 am - 6:30pm, taking children from the ages of 6 weeks to 8 years. We offer a state certified full day kindergarden program with small class sizes, large colorful classrooms and a dynamic curriculum. We have limited places available for September.The Learning Experience® was established in the state of Florida in 1979 by Michael and Linda Weissman. We are currently developing close to 80 locations within the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia markets. To the best of our knowledge, TLE is currently the fastest growing childcare center operator in the Northeastern United States.
