Portuguese Language Courses in Estoril, South East Portugal

Margarida's School of Languages, Estoril:
Margarida's School based in the beautiful southeastern coastal town of Estoril in Portugal is is a language school that makes a difference.

One-to-One Portuguese Lessons and Group Courses:
A. Regular Courses:
2 lessons per week
2 lessons per week + 1 lesson Complementary Course
Regular course means that you have a fixed timetable of 2 or 3 hours per week.

B. Intensive Courses:
20 hours. You set up a timetable together with your teacher. At least 5 hours per week. Once the timetable has been set, lessons may not be cancelled or changed to another time or another day.

C. Flexible Lessons:
5,10, 20 or 30 hours.You book your lessons with us at your convenience and you can always change them to another day, but you can only book one lesson at a time. The flexibility is both for you and your teacher.

Children´s Courses:
Language classes especially for children. All the courses are supported by a wide range of modern didactic material namely: flash cards, videos, games, puzzles, magnets, dice. Our outdoor facilities allow for a relaxed and inviting environment where children can learn without the common pressures of school life.

Levels:
K0 - 4/5 years old
K1 - 6/7 years old (1st grade)
K2 - 7/8 years old (2nd grade)
K3 - 8/9 years old (3rd grade)
K4 - 9/10 years old (4th grade)

S1 - 10/11 years old (5th grade)
S2 - 11/12 years old (6th grade)
S3 - 12/13 years old (7th grade)
S4 - 13/14 years old (8th grade)
S5 - 14/15 years old (9th grade)

Portuguese Course for foreign children:
Margarida has written a book "Olá, amigos!" which was conceived for 7 to 10 year old children who need or want to learn Portuguese as a foreign language. It contains basic grammar points, vocabulary and very simple short stories besides games, puzzles, songs, pictures to colour in and other written drills which children love to fill in while learning. It's like a colouring book full of fun activities. If you want your children to learn Portuguese with Margarida, that is also possible in the afternoon. For them Portuguese is much easier than you may think! Children are very good at learning a new language, but it must be fun!

Summer Portuguese Course:
In July and August Learn Portuguese in Portugal!
Programme for 1 week or 2 weeks - 4 or 7 hours per day
Mornings: Portuguese Classes
9am - 11am - Regular Course (RC)
11am - 11:30am - Coffee Break
11:30 am - 1:30pm - Complementary Course (CC)
Afternoons: Activities from 3pm - 6pm
