Classes at all levels from Beginner through Advanced:

Crash Course in Portuguese: (10 Hours)
If you are visiting Brazil pretty soon and would like to have a basic knowledge of the language, such as how to order at a restaurant or get around in public places, this is the course for you. You will also learn the Present, Future and a little Past.

Portuguese for Adults:
From the start you will speak Portuguese, first using simple structures. At the end of the program you will be able to communicate comfortably on any subject and interact with Brazilians in Portuguese in day-to-day situations.  We offer language instruction in small, dynamic groups (maximum of 8 students). Interact with other students who are all working to achieve the same goal. In order to assure a better class environment and interaction, a placement test will be applied to make sure students have a similar language level.

Business Portuguese:
We customize your Portuguese classes to your requirements and interests, whether individually or in a group. You will learn business vocabulary as well as practice giving presentations - all focused on the topics related to your business in Brazil. Role-play situations are also used to help you improve your language skills and work on any hesitations you might have when communicating in Portuguese. Our Brazilian Business Portuguese classes are offered at your corporate location in NYC or at our locations in Manhattan, New York, or in Harborside Financial, Jersey City. Levels include:

- Business Portuguese I
Pre-requisite: Basic knowledge of the language or 10 hours of Beginner Course.
This tailored course is designed for students of Portuguese who are interested in learning the language of business.

- Business Portuguese II
You will learn to use specialized business vocabulary in your fields of interest (including marketing, banking, and management). Portuguese language books and articles will be used as springboards for discussing business topics and case studies.

- Business Portuguese III 
Each class is organized as a business meeting. Lessons are anchored in current articles from Brazilian business newspapers; usually covering major events that all the students would be familiar with. The articles are carefully selected for their content, style, and linguistic level. Further. The business environments simulated in this course include financial services, import/export, fashion, mining and engineering, depending on the students' interest.  Our Business Portuguese instructors are Brazilians with graduate degrees and several years experience with top American and Brazilian corporations.

Portuguese Conversation Classes:
If you already have some knowledge of the language and wish to speak Portuguese more comfortably, this program will help you.  It will develop your fluency through activities planned according to your level of knowledge and interests.

Portuguese for Spanish Speakers:
If you are fluent in Spanish, it will be easier for you to learn Portuguese. This program takes advantage of the similarities and stresses the differences between the two languages. It is developed in a very objective way and is shorter than the programs designed for students of other nationalities.

Portuguese for Travel:
A fun class that will provide you with information about the places you’re planning to visit in Brazil, as well as typical foods, how to dress, tips and local expressions.

Portuguese For Kids/Children and Teenagers:
This course assists Brazilian parents in keeping their children interested in the Brazilian culture while learning to read and write in Portuguese.
Note: Your child will be interviewed before attending to the first class.

Brazilian Music 100 Years of History:
Practice and improve your Portuguese through music. You will be able to read about the history of the Brazilian music and at the same time enjoy the Brazilian rhythms through the years.

Online classes and phone-based classes:
Your busy schedule does not allow you to commit to go to class? Or maybe you live away from our school?  No problem. You can take a regular course or even just make up for any missed classes (private) through voice communications over the Internet. You can take your lessons at home, work or anywhere where you can connect to the Internet.
