Located in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, Mountain View Montessori School is an independent, co-educational, non-profit, non-sectarian school for children in preschool through 8th grade. We also offer before and after school care programs. We provide a range of co-curricular activities including tae kwon-do, dancing, fine arts to enhance our core curriculum. Our school is governed by the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori which seek to educate the whole child for life. Strong emphasis is placed on the child as an individual. Exploration is encouraged in a non-competitive, goal-oriented classroom.

Montessori Education :
Dr. Montessori believed that education is an aid to life, wherein the child’s hand is the instrument of intelligence. Montessori education is a holistic approach incorporating the mind, body, and soul of the child. The philosophy is based on respect for the child, recognizing that the child is the leader in his or her own educational experience.
Montessori education values the child's innate curiosity, dignity, and individuality. Self-construction occurs through the child’s interaction with the environment. Located in North Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, Mountain View Lutheran School is owned, operated and supported by the Mountain View Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Congregation. Mountain View enrolls students in preschool age 3 through grade five and offers the advantages of a small Christian School with big school amenities. iD Tech Camps hosts week-long tech-related day camps for kids and teens ages 7-17 at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. These immersive computer science & technology programs are suitable for beginner to advanced learners, and offer students the unique opportunity to build vital STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills in a fun summer camp environment.iD Tech Camps summer programs are specially designed so that you can register for one or multiple weeks (further camps). It is not uncommon for students to stretch their skills for 3, 4, and even 5 consecutive weeks.

Situated in Minden NV (Douglas County), 20 minutes south of Carson City, Little Discoveries Early Learning Center is a family owned and operated daycare facility with a 4-5 year old Pre-K program. Licensed by the State Of Nevada, we offer full and part time care for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years.
Little Discoveries has been operating since September of 2015 and has quickly become one of Douglas County's most popular preschools and has been nominated for the Carson Valley's finest in their first year of business.
