We are situated in Sea Point, a wonderful beachfront suburb on the Atlantic Sea front in Cape Town. The school is a short walk from the world famous Clifton beaches with the Waterfront and city centre only ten-minutes away by public transport. The Main Road of Sea Point is also within walking distance, so students have easy access to public transport, restaurants, banks, the post office, supermarkets and so on.

It is important that you are happy during your stay in Cape Town. Living in a private home is an excellent way to meet friendly, hospitable Capetonians who will help you to find your way around our beautiful city. We carefully select our host families to fit your particular needs and to ensure that you are well looked after in a caring environment.
We offer standard and executive accommodation. Executive accommodation is larger and more up market, with either an en suite or private bathroom. This type of homestay often has a swimming pool and garden. Standard accommodation is a private room and the rest of the facilities are shared with your host.
Our host families live close to the school, many within walking distance. You have the option of either bed and breakfast or bed and breakfast and dinner. Interaction with the host family is encouraged by the school so please join in with family activitie

Situated in Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, Garden Route Language Centre specialise in combining language and adventure in a 4 week intensive English course. Our course structure and group participation in adventure activities offer students a maximum learning experience both in and out of the classroom. Our intensive English courses involve 30 hours / week and are restricted to 16 students to ensure personalised attention. The course is divided into 2 classes, (pre-intermediate/intermediate) and (intermediate/upper intermediate). All transport to and from adventure activities are inclusve.
We offer our students a unique combination of language and adventure. Our school is in Plettenberg Bay which is the adventure capital of South Africa. It is famous for it's beauty and the whale season from August to November. Group participation in outdoor activities and adventures are optional and give the students the opportunity to learn English both in and out the classroom.
