At Live and Learn Homestays we know that one size can never fit all. You’re an individual with specific English language needs. That’s why the course that you receive will be created with you in mind. It’s your course.

You will see that the courses come under the broad headings of standard course, business course and exam preparation. If you would like to adapt a course (e.g. substitute some of the teaching hours for a leisure activity) or if you’d rather a totally different course we’d be delighted create the ideal programme for you! Just email us with your requirements.

Founded in 1995, ECS Scotland is a family run, British Council accredited English language training centre located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. Specialising in small group and 1-to-1 training to professional adults, ECS Scotland offers a variety of tailor made courses starting any Monday of the year.

Combination Courses combine 15 hours of General English in a small group with a maximum of 5 students and 5, 10 or 15 hours of 1-to-1 tuition, focusing on your specific language needs.
