Manchester Central School of English:
Manchester Central School of English, located in the heart of Manchester City Centre, north west England, is an accredited English Language School offering a wide range of English courses, which include General English courses, Business English courses, IELTS courses, Cambridge Examination courses and one-to-one private English courses. All our courses are designed to be as enjoyable and motivating as possible in order to help you progress quickly and effectively. If you are aiming for a qualification in General English and would like to follow a course designed with this specific purpose in mind, then why not try one of our Cambridge exam courses? These courses are very intensive and will provide you with all the language and skills practice you need to be thoroughly prepared for your exam. Our courses are timetabled to fit in with the exam dates. We offer both Full and Part-time courses for the PET, FCE, CAE and CPE exams. Please note these classes require a minimum of 3 students to open. Minimum age is 16 years old.

IELTS - International English Language Testing System, is the world's leading test of English for higher education, immigration and employment.

IELTS Courses:
- SUMMER Intensive IELTS Preparation Courses
- IELTS + General English (or IELTS) - available to students aged 16+
- General English + IELTS - available to students aged 16+
- IELTS part time - available to students aged 16+

General English:
- General English Standard (15 hours per week)
- General English Intensive (20 hours per week)
- General English Intensive Plus (22 hours per week)
- General English Super Intensive (22 hours per week + 2 hours One - to - One per week)

Summer Course (July - August) - Available to students aged 16+:
During July and August we offer a range of General English courses together with a full social programme that includes a full day excursion and a half day excursion. These courses are open to students aged 16 or above. Please note: We cannot provide accommodation for students aged under 18 years old. Students aged 16-18 are recommended to stay with relatives or close family friends who can be responsible for them and look after them for the whole period of their stay.

Evening English Course:
This course aims to provide students with the range of skills needed to cope in an English-speaking environment. The course incorporates a wide variety of resources designed to accommodate each student's learning style. The Part-time Evening course is available on Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-9pm.

English and Work Placement (This programme is currently for EU students only):
Brand-new course for students who wish to work and study in order to improve their language skills and gain valuable work experience! The Manchester Central School of English is proud to present our new sandwich course:
- 10 weeks General English Intensive
- 12 weeks work placement
- 2 weeks General English Intensive
