Location and Facilities:
The Oakley School is located 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City international airport, 20 minutes from world-class winter resorts in Park City, 30 minutes from hiking and fishing in the Uinta National Forest, 4 hours from the spectacular and dramatic National Parks of Southern Utah and 4 hours from the historical marvel that is Yellowstone National Park.
Residential Life:
Oakley has a separate girls building and a boys building across the pond from each other, with the capacity of 64 students per building. The dorms are divided into wings of 16 students – individually defined as houses.
Each student is part of a "house" -- a kind of family group that shares home base. Full-time house coaches provide continual support, guidance, role-modeling and safety for the students. This arrangement allows students to exercise interpersonal skills and domestic responsibility.
Each Oakley student will share a large room with three other students. There is a bathroom in each room, and each student will have a bunk, a desk, storage shelves for clothing and books, and a lockable cabinet for valuables.

Sundance Canyon Academy

Sundance Canyon Academy, located in Herriman, southwestern Salt Lake County, Utah, is a therapeutic boarding school for boys between the ages of 13-17 years. Academics is foremost in the interest of many of our students. It is our mission to assist them in continuation of their educational goals by providing an accredited and useful curriculum which enables them to continue their education and work towards successful graduation with a deep sense of accomplishment.
Two of the most common problems we treat at Sundance are school failure and opposition-defiance. Our typical student has low self-esteem and is struggling with authority. Other common problems we address include drug experimentation, mood disorders, and family discord.

Located in Murray, in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah, La Europa Academy provides individualized residential treatment for girls ages 13-17. Through a solid integration of therapeutic, academic, and environmental interventions, we help adolescent girls and their families to find their greatness again. At times, troubling and often self-defeating behaviors, as well as serious emotional struggles can overshadow the tremendous qualities in any of us.

Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy

Located in Cedar City, Iron County UT, 250 miles south of Salt Lake City, Mountain Springs Preparatory Academy (MSPA) is a transitional boarding school for boys & girls ages 14-18, who are transitioning from a residential treatment center (RTC) or wilderness program in need of a safe environment to practice the new skills that that they have learned. MSPA is not a therapeutic boarding school but therapy is available from trained professionals in the community who work with MSPA and understand our unique mission and philosophy. MSPA is focused on helping students acclimate back into society.
MSPA provides many of the components of a traditional boarding school, including a full-range of academic classes, college prep and ACT/SAT test prep, etc. but in addition provides the expertise to work specifically with the niche of students transitioning from higher levels of care.

Crossroads Academy

Located in Ogden, Utah, Crossroads Academy is a therapeutic boarding school for young men aged 16 and 17 years old who have experienced substance abuse with diagnoses of oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders and ADHD and learning disorders. Crossroads Academy is committed to helping each student find joy and confidence in learning. We recognize that the future success of each student strongly depends on his completion of high school, as well as creating a positive road toward employment and/or higher education.

Located in beautiful Spanish Fork, 60 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah, New Haven is part of InnerChange, a family of programs that provide education, treatment, and recovery for adolescent girls and young women. InnerChange programs include Residential Treatment Programs for girls age 13-17 and a Transition Program for young women. New Haven Residential Treatment Center offers a unique program that helps adolescent girls achieve positive change and growth through academic, therapeutic and environmental experiences. Cherry Gulch is an accredited therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 10 to 14 with various difficulties including ADHD, learning differences, oppositional-defiance, depression, low self-esteem, poor motivation, anger, anxiety, family conflict, and other behavioral and emotional problems. Located beneath the western slope of the Rocky Mountains near Boise, Idaho, in the North West Pacific region of the United States (east of Washington State), we are equipped to handle very difficult students as well as "softer" students with more internalizing behaviors. We are an ADHD boarding school that knows how to cater to your troubled child.
We are also prepared academically to work with students with learning difficulties and those that are brilliant academically. Our goal is to provide early intervention and prevention to help these boys reach their full potential and to become well-rounded pro social young men.
