8 week / 160-hour GV TESOL Diploma + Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT):
This full-time, intensive program is primarily designed for Intermediate - Advanced ESL learners interested in teaching English to adult learners in classroom settings in their own country. The program includes interactive methodology sessions, observation opportunities, peer teaching, and a supervised practicum (teacher practice) with low-level adult ESL learners under the guidance of highly experienced Cambridge-certified teacher trainers. The program also includes preparation for the University of Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT).
Successful participants will receive a GV TESOL Diploma as well as University of Cambridge TKT certification.

10 week / 210-hour GV TESOL Diploma with a 2-week Young Learners (YL) Extension:
This 10-week intensive program is primarily designed for Intermediate / Advanced ESL learners interested in teaching English to adult learners and / or young learners in their own country in classroom settings. The course includes methodology sessions and a practicum (teaching practice). The Young Learners Module is a teacher training course that provides participants with the basic knowledge and skills needed to teach ESL to children. Successful participants will receive a GV TESOL with Young Learners Extension Diploma as well as University of Cambridge TKT Certification.

Located in the Lower Mainland in BC, Canada, we are situated in Richmond, which is about 30 minutes south of the downtown core Kwantlen is the longest established CELTA centre on the west coast of Canada. Although we do not have a current CELTA offering, we have been running courses regularly since 1997, and we have an established team of Cambridge accredited trainers with substantial experience teaching English and training teachers both abroad and in Canada.
