Our part-time CELTA course is suitable for candidates who can't commit to the full-time programme. You cover exactly the same material in 10 weeks, but with a different schedule. You'll learn the basics of teaching English to adults such as understanding the structure of language (language analysis), and learning how to manage adult learners in a classroom (classroom management). You will also learn how to teach reading and listening (receptive skills) and writing and speaking skills (productive skills). Our methodology teaches you how to improve the students' vocabulary, and pronunciation, and how to produce and gather materials to use in the classroom.
- Full-time 5-week CELTA course:
We are proud to offer the Cambridge CELTA, the gold standard when it comes to TEFL courses. The CELTA is an intensive 5-week TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course. You don't need any previous teaching experience or knowledge of methodology. You'll learn the basics of teaching English to adults and get 6 hours of assessed teaching practice with real adult students.
You can prepare yourself for teaching English to adults or young leaners, and dramatically increase job prospects before travelling abroad.
