Our TEFL Qualified Teachers:
Our teachers are all highly qualified, and they have a TEFL or Teaching English as a Foreign Language qualification from one of the major international teacher training centres. Having the only DELTA qualified teacher trainer permanently residing in Durban as a director means that course quality is maintained, and classes are monitored regularly to monitor learner progress.

We feel it is important that our teachers do not simply guide students through a text book, but rather create materials which will be relevant to students and the conversational situations they need to learn. We try to encourage reading and writing practice for homework, and focus more on communication and language usage in class, a method which has been proven to work.

Teacher Training Courses:

We now offer a full time and part time CELTA course, as well as the DLC TEFL, which is also taught by trainers accredited with the Cambridge DELTA.

- Part-time TEFL course: Our part-time TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). certificate is suitable for candidates who can't commit to the full-time programme.You cover exactly the same material in 12 weeks, but with a different schedule.

- 2-week TEFL (Cambridge CELTA) course: This is an intensive 2-week TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course.

- 4-week TEFL (Cambridge CELTA) course: We are proud to offer the Cambridge CELTA after a two-year accreditation process. The CELTA is an intensive 4-week TEFL course.

- We also provide specialised English language courses.
