Via Lingua Budapest is situated in the heart of Central Europe, Hungary. The CTEFL program is hosted by one of the prominent language schools and the seminars are given by professional trainers in language education. All graduates receive individual counseling and assistance with finding a teaching job.
Courses:
Our 4 week, 120-hour intensive TEFL course, with minimum 10 hours of observed teaching practice prepares candidates for the practicalities of the classroom. The course curriculum includes Methodology, Language Awareness and Teaching Practice with constant supervision and feedback sessions to follow.
Location:
Budapest is quite rightly known throughout the world for its beauty and culture. Peaceful and bustling, a big metropolis and yet friendly, it treasures the old and embraces the new. Here the historic blends with the modern, the hills harmonize with the river, that is, the Danube, which flows through the city along a stretch of 28 kilometres. That is the sort of magnetic quality that Budapest radiates.
However, there is much more to the city than this. It's not only a historic treasure of Central Europe, but also a metropolis. The wine and cuisine is justifiably world famous, filling and cheap, there is a huge variety of cultural and non-cultural entertainment, all of which is available on a limited budget. Travelling within the republic is cheap and easily managed and there are a number of interesting places to visit outside the capital. Also, the largely unspoilt countryside provides various outdoor activities (swimming, horse-riding, cycling, hiking, etc.) throughout the seasons. Hungarians are very friendly and hospitable people.

Via Lingua Budapest can provide four types of accommodation for teacher trainees at very competitive rates. In all cases you will have a private room with access to essential facilities.
