The school building itself is a light and spacious Victorian house with a big, private back garden surrounded by trees where students can relax, have parties and play sports in the summer months. The school has a warm, family atmosphere and there is a friendly, relaxed relationship between the staff, teachers and students.
Free internet access and self-study software is available in the Student Language Laboratory. The school also has a well-stocked Library with books, videos and CD-ROMs; a self-study room and a table-tennis room.
LSI Hampstead's varied and exciting programme of social activities makes good use of the area's rich cultural heritage and wealth of leisure facilities. General English (Elementary to Advanced Levels), IELTS Exam Course, Cambridge Exam Courses (FCE, CAE, CPE), TOEFL, One-to-One lessons.
Students can take 20 or 30 lessons a week. Our afternoon lessons (included in the Intensive 30 lessons) are often themed and cover many aspects of British culture, history and society. Teachers may base lessons around taking students to a museum or local place of interest.

 We arrange a variety of activities each week. Below are examples of our Social Programme. Other activities we arrange include: Houses of Parliament Tour, Comedy Club, Live TV Audience participation, Football Matches, Live Music, Theatre, London Walks, Columbia Road Flower Market and Tour of East End, Visits to other London Markets, Cinema, Kenwood House / Hampstead Heath Walk, International Food Fair at school, Fish & Chip nights, Wine Tasting, Basketball / Badminton in the garden, Seasonal Activities for e.g. Christmas, Easter, St. George's Day, Halloween, etc.

Students can also go on coach tours to cities outside London and even outside the UK such as Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford, The Cotswolds, Paris and Amsterdam.
