We specialise in one-on-one and small group classes. We offer General English, Vocational English, Business English and IELTS exam preparation courses. We also offer internationally accredited 120 hour and 140 hour TEFL/ TESOL courses.

Our school is close to all amenities and transports with Cavendish Square Shopping Mall on our doorstep.

Weekly student activities & social club will give students an opportunity to practice their English and to make new friends.

Situated in Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, Garden Route Language Centre specialise in combining language and adventure in a 4 week intensive English course. Our course structure and group participation in adventure activities offer students a maximum learning experience both in and out of the classroom.

Our intensive English courses involve 30 hours / week and are restricted to 16 students to ensure personalised attention. The course is divided into 2 classes, (pre-intermediate/intermediate) and (intermediate/upper intermediate). All transport to and from adventure activities are inclusve.

We offer our students a unique combination of language and adventure. Our school is in Plettenberg Bay which is the adventure capital of South Africa. It is famous for it's beauty and the whale season from August to November. Group participation in outdoor activities and adventures are optional and give the students the opportunity to learn English both in and out the classroom.

The Cape Town School of English is a Language school in Cape Town specialising in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) since 1991. We offer an internationally recognised Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) in Cape Town and other centres throughout South Africa.

We have trained TEFL teachers on an ongoing basis for 16 years and are well established in the TEFL Training field. We require that all applicants have English first language proficiency and tertiary education or work experience. Accent and use of English is very important if you wish to compete in an International TEFL environment.
