The BA (Hons) in Commercial Modern Music is a 4-year programme which has been designed specifically for performing artists, songwriters and those running commercial music projects who want to gain a degree-level qualification, while at the same time fulfilling their creative and commercial potential.
The course encourages musicians to develop their performance skills whilst developing their career goals using a deadline-driven project management approach, keeping focus on the individual's aspirations. The course is validated by the Dublin Institute of Technology.

1-year CPD Diploma in Professional Musicianship:
The BIMM Dublin CPD Diploma in Professional Musicianship (Performance or Songwriting) is comprised of three key modules from the BIMM Dublin BA Honours programme. It is an ideal course for anyone who wishes to further their musical abilities, but cannot make the commitment or lacks the entry requirements to undertake a full-time programme.
The course and is validated by the Dublin Institute of Technology. Students who successfully complete the CPD Diploma in Professional Musicianship will be awarded 30 ECTS credits. CPD Diploma students are registered DIT students with access to a wide range of services and facilities provided within the Institute. The course may allow for progression onto a BA Honours programme. Modules include:
