Waltons New School of Music, Dublin:Founded in 1994, Waltons New School of Music in Dublin city centre is a comprehensive music school combining music tuition of the highest standard with innovative approaches to music education. We offer music lessons to adults and children of all ages and skill levels. Musical instruments taught include piano, guitar, violin, drums, flute and many others. Our students –
over twelve hundred each term – range in age from three to eighty-something. While we welcome those who study music purely for enjoyment (and offer a variety of instrumental, singing, theory and music technology courses for beginners), we are also committed to provide training for those who want to make a career of music. We offer tuition in most instruments and theory to teaching diploma level and beyond, as well as training in a number of specialised styles and instrumental techniques. Professional musicians from all over the world have used our practice facilities, and the school has even hosted a unique site-specific art installation!

The Baking Academy of Ireland in Dublin offers hands-on courses in bread and cake baking, chocolate making and sugar craft cake decoration. Our courses are for everybody, the novice and the dedicated amateur. All we require is that you have a desire to learn the art of making real bread, cakes, pastry, chocolates and sugar craft decoration. The most important aspect of our courses is that you learn by doing – you will have fun and you get to bring your creations home. Griffith College Dublin was established in 1974 and is now the largest independent college in Ireland, with a student population of over 5,000, including approximately 700 international students. Skerries Music Studio
Courses / Programs
Skerries Music Studio provides a wide range of music classes including singing lessons, guitar lessons, theory classes, music grinds and music appreciation sessions to primary, secondary and third level students. Music classes are also offered for adults. The Music Studio is based in Skerries, North County Dublin, 5 minutes walk from the train station and on the local bus route. We are half an hour from Dublin and 25 minutes from Drogheda.Music classes are provided by a professionally trained singer, who is an active performer, fully qualified secondary teacher and vocal coach.

Fiddlers Retreat, in Tipperary (90 minutes from Dublin), Ireland, is the only traditional Irish Music and Culture school of its kind in Ireland. At Fiddlers Retreat we offer a unique insight into Irelands Music and Culture, where you can enjoy music tuition, afternoon sightseeing tours, night-time Traditional Irish music sessions, sporting events, Irish language and cookery workshops.
