Raffles Education Network:
Conveniently located in Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Raffles International College (RIC) Hong Kong provides 24-month advanced diploma courses in the fields of design and business to students from Hong Kong and international students from around the world. Established in 1999, RIC is a fully registered school approved by the Hong Kong Education Bureau. Taught in the English language, our courses include fashion design, interior design, graphic design, business administration among others.

Studying in Hong Kong puts you in the heart of a top Asian shopping belt – a favorite amongst the wealthy and fashion-savvy in the region. Situated in the heart of the city with just a 5-minute walk to the MTR station, our students are in close proximity to the city’s vibrant retail scene. Our campus consists of two levels, housing 6 classrooms, 9 specialized rooms and a library. As a design or business student at Raffles International College, you will be in close proximity to observe and learn what contributes to the success of this city.

Our school is located in Shijiazhuang which is the capital and largest city of North China's Hebei Province.
