Jersey City Art School:
Jersey City Art School at the Thomas John Carlson Art Studio in downtown Jersey City is a visual art school offering classes taught by local artists, weekly figure drawing sessions and lectures by artists showing locally. The classes are open to complete beginners and we try to accommodate most ages. The age range so far is mid-twenties to mid-forties, with our youngest student at eleven. The class sizes are small enough to teach a variety of ages and skill levels.
