As an exclusively undergraduate university of the liberal arts, sciences and professional studies, TLU’s sole focus is on the student. Credit by Examination:
Texas Lutheran students may earn credit by examination or receive advanced placement credit through several programs. These include College Board Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations taken while in high school, and the College Level Examination (CLEP), the Defense Subject Standardized Tests (DANTES), and the Excelsior College Examination programs during their time at TLU.
