Classes are taught by well qualified staff, approved by the Tennessee Department of Health Nurse Aide Program and is authorized under the Tennessee Higher Education Commission for operation.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician Program
Phlebotomists are an important part of any laboratory setting. Often, they are the only member of the laboratory team that makes contact with a patient. They must also be accurate, work well under pressure and communicate effectively.

Because they work directly with patients, they must notice and relay any important information gained during interactions to doctors, nurses and laboratory professionals.

Typically, phlebotomy technicians are responsible for:
- Explaining procedures to patients
- Drawing blood specimens
- Applying appropriate pressure or bandages after blood is drawn
- Processing specimens for testing
- Updating patient records
- Preparing stains and reagents
- Collecting various laboratory specimens
- Cleaning and sterilizing equipment

- HeartSaver CPR/AED Course
- First Aid Certification

For an additional fee, we will bring our services to your location, or you can come to our facility. We furnish all equipment, material and training aides needed to successfully complete each of the different courses.
