Be it home stay, shared flat, self-catering apartment or CLIC International House residences, a team is dedicated to making you feel at home, guaranteeing that everything responds to your expectations while keeping you within walking distance of the school.

You can choose between:

Shared Flat With Spaniards:
Shared flats are offered to CLIC International House by young or middle-aged members of the local population who are eager to share their apartment with our students. As per homestay, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practise Spanish at home.

Students Residence:
Independence in a friendly and multicultural atmosphere.

The CLIC IH residence halls are located in the heart of the historical and commercial centre of Seville. Single or double rooms are available and each residence, shared by between six and fifteen students, is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment.

Spanish Family:
For those who want to immerse in everyday Spanish life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere and meals

The families which host CLIC International House students are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their hospitality and positive feedback from students. This option is available as full or half-board. Weekly laundry and cleaning is included. Although you will have your own keys to come and go as you please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. Some higher standard rooms with private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%.

Own Apartment:
Total independence for one or two.

All flats are fully furnished and equipped with a living room, bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom. They are all located in the centre of the city.

High Standard Apartments (in calle Santa Ana):
Entirely furnished and fully-equipped apartments in Seville’s centre (about an 8 minute walk from clic) with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The historic mansion (which previously housed clic) is situated on a peaceful street and has been completely renovated and modernised, with an elevator installed.

Seville is the ideal place to experience the Spanish way of life due to the wide range of cultural activities that the city can provide. CLIC IH offers its students a daily programme of activities to discover the city and its pastimes. This varied programme helps students to fit into their new lifestyle in addition to the language classes they receive. The vast majority of activities are free.
