Académie Linguistique Internationale (ALI) is an international language school that provides beginner to advanced level English and French language programs in the heart of downtown Montreál, Canada. We offer a comprehensive ESL course with Regular, Intensive, and Super-Intensive study options, a TKT Certificate (Teaching Knowledge Test), and an Academic Preparation Program (APP). We also provide a 'work & study' English language Internship Program in a variety of career fields. Beginner to Advanced Level English as a Second Language (ESL) Courses:
General ESL Course:
- Maximum of 16 students per class
- Core, Skills, and Workshop classes
Regular English Program:
Duration: 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday
Including "Oral Grammar", "Conversation" and "Skills" classes. Study English four days a week and travel on your 3 day weekends.
Intensive English Program:
Duration:- 25 hours per week, Monday – Thursday & Friday workshops
In addition to the classes offered in the Regular Program this program offers a full day of language development workshops every Friday.
Super-Intensive English Program:
Duration: - 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Get more talking time, improve your pronunciation, learn new idioms and expressions and receive maximum feedback. In addition to the 25-hour Intensive program, students receive 5 hours per week of extra classes.
TKT Certificate (Teaching Knowledge Test)
Duration: 4 weeks, Full Time (25h per week)
The TKT course is a teacher training course to prepare for the TKT test and to obtain extra fluency in English. Ideal for students who would like to teach English, and as an extra tool to perfect your language skills.
Academic Preparation Program (APP)
Duration: 8 weeks, Full Time (25h per week)
This program is offered to students who want to enroll in colleges or universities in Canada or the US, with a focus on preparing them for post-secondary education in English.

ECSL is an independent Quality English ESL school for adults owned and managed by ESL instructors since 1998.
