Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in sunny Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance.

Campus of Rosemead College of English is located on Valley Boulevard. It is very close to the freeway and about 15 minutes away from Pasadena, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Southern California, famous for its Rose parade and California Institute of Technology. It is also about 25 minutes away from Hollywood, Santa Monica and wonderful sandy ocean beaches.
