Rosemead College of English:Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in sunny Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance. Both campuses have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for student visa (F-1). RCE is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examinations.
