  • SAAS Portal Management:
    Once portal access is configured the portals will be actively managed at the start of Managed Services to assign/unassign users licenses and provide license optimization scenarios.
  • Software Catalog management:
    Accenture will be responsible for updating the entries in the catalog and contacting the responsible team for the ITSM Tool in order to make those updates effective.
  • License Desk Monthly Reporting:
    Reporting of monthly amount of requests with potential recommendations of improvement. Accenture will interact with end users and business approvers to resolve software request tickets.
  • License Procurement Support:
    Provide software procurement support for the in-scope publishers by providing recommendations and/or requesting quotes from the procurement team and re-sellers for a cost of < 25k$.
  • Software metering and harvesting:
    Monitor software usage and request software uninstallations through ITSM Tool in order to uninstall and re-use software licenses, if metering capability is available.
  • License Re-harvesting:
    Actively extract the SAAS portal user data to identify Leavers/non-usage for > 90 days and remove the users thereby adding to cost avoidance
  • CMDB Reporting:
    Actively monitor that the SAM system and Software Scanning tools (Example-Big Fix/Flexera/etc) is updated with CMDB data and call out for the percentage of data that is not reflecting so that next steps can be carried out to keep the data updated
