SPI Study Abroad:
Based in Austin, Texas, SPI Study Abroad programs give high school students the opportunity to earn college credit and immerse themselves in a foreign language. Our high school study abroad programs take place in Spain, France, Italy, China, and Costa Rica, and last from between 2 and 4 weeks. SPI participants are high school students in grades 9-12 that come from all over the United States, and even from around the world. Studying abroad will be a defining period in your educational experience — it is a journey that will transform you into being a global thinker with an international perspective.

SPI participants are high school students in grades 9-12 that come from all over the United States, and even from around the world. Our average program size is between 18-28 students, and we consistently maintain a 1 to 8 faculty/student ratio.

The core elements of SPI’s high school study abroad programs include a caring homestay experience, intensive language immersion courses, global leadership and cultural enrichment, afternoon elective activities, and meaningful travel excursions guided by our on-site team of directors.
Our program’s unique elements focus on the practical acquisition of chosen language by putting students in real-world settings where they are able to grow linguistically and culturally.

Spanish Immersion + Volunteer - Costa Rica
SPI offers two different program locations for its high school study abroad programs in Costa Rica -- Monteverde and Flamingo Beach.
Italian Immersion + Leadership - Siena, Italy
SPI offers an inspiring location for its high school study abroad programs in Siena.
French Immersion + Leadership - Biarritz, France

Mandarin Immersion - Guilin, China

Camp Katy is a family owned and operated technology day summer camp with multiple locations in Texas for boys and girls ages 5-17. We provide week-long classes in 3D Game Design, Movie Production, Computers, Photography, Lego Mindstorm Robotics and more. Students may register for one, or multiple weeks at a time. Our summer camps are located in Katy, Waller County - Clear Lake, Webster & Houston, Harris County - and Sugar Land, Stafford, Fort Bend County. Dallas International School

Based in the North Dallas area, just 10 miles from the city center, the Dallas International School provides a 6-week Summer Enrichment Camp for kids and teens ages 3-19. Set in a 6-week period in Summer 2013, courses and activities include immersion programs in the multitude of languages spoken on our campus (including ESL, French & Spanish), art and design courses, science programs, sports camps, and more. During these amazing 6 weeks, your children will be able to explore the world without leaving Dallas.Every week, a choice of activities is proposed, allowing the campers to compose their own mix. Thus, language classes may be combined with art workshops or science and technology labs.
In addition to our mix of classes, we also provide a 6-week intensive ESL program combining work on all 4 skills (listening comprehension, speaking, reading comprehension and writing) with fun activities such as Game Design, Chess, Robotics, Movie Making, Art, Tennis and Ceramics. Adults can also avail of language workshops during this period
