- General office procedures, telephone skills, keyboarding.
- Computer software applications; Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Internet operations.
- Basic Accounting, Spreadsheets.
- Written communication skills, word processing.
- Technical skills needed to learn basic computer programs.

Drug & Alcohol Counseling:
Duration: 29 weeks / 636 clock hours / 28.5 Credit Hours

Course modules include:

- Basics of addiction
- The 12 core functions of a counselor
- Ethics and special treatment issues
- Basic counseling skills and methods
- Advanced counseling theories and techniques

Medical Billing & Coding:
Duration: 12-weeks / 240 clock hours / 15.0 Credit Hours

Course modules include:

- Medical Office Etiquette & Ethics.
- Career Management & Communication Skills.
- Medisoft and other computer programs.
- Coding Techniques for CPT.
- Coding Techniques for ICD-9 & ICD-10.
- Completion of the HCFA 1500 form.

Pharmacy Technician:
Duration: 30 weeks / 720 clock hours / 27.5. Credit Hours

Students receive instruction in pharmacy law and drug legislation, drug nomenclature, dosage forms, weights, measures and calculations.

Emphasis is placed on diagnoses, medications, drug classifications, chemotherapy and antibiotic, automated drug distribution, sterile preparation and extemporaneous compounding.

Phlebotomy Technician:
Duration: 6 weeks / 100 clock hours / 4.2 Credit Hours

Course modules include:
- Safety Universal Precaution & Infection Control
- Anatomy & Medical Terminology
- Proper Identification of Patient & Specimens
- Selection & Preparation of Skin Puncture
