Speakeasy Language School in Barcelona is a small but specialised school that only teaches Spanish language. We are considered to be one of the best Spanish language schools in Barcelona offering the best value, high quality intensive Spanish courses at cheap prices for all levels from beginner to advanced. Our school is centrally located very close to the University of Barcelona and Plaza Catalunya - right in the centre of the city. We guarantee that the class groups are never above 10 students. Our students come from all over the world and there are usually 5 or 6 different nationalities in each class. The average age of our students is 25 years and you will usually find a good mix of ages in class.

Spanish Language Courses (For all levels from beginner, intermediate to advanced):

Intensive Spanish Language Courses:
* Hi-intensive (20 hours of Spanish lessons a week):  Classes are 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
* Intensive (10 hours of Spanish lessons a week):  Classes are 2 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
* Extensive (6 hours of Spanish lessons a week):  Classes are 2 evenings of 3 hours each.

Our Spanish courses are a combination of grammar, conversation and exercises, which are taught while covering a range of practical topics to build your vocabulary. Topics include subjects, such as meeting people, travel, accommodation, shopping, working, excercising, health and more...

We use a communicative and practical approach to learning Spanish. The objective of the vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation that you learn, is to be able to communicate in the Spanish language in an effective way. Our Spanish classes are immersion classes, which means that all the teaching and textbooks are in Spanish.

6 levels of Spanish language courses:

- Level 1 = Beginner / principiante
- Level 2 = Pre-intermediate / pre-intermedio
- Level 3 = Lower intermediate / intermedio bajo
- Level 4 = Intermediate / intermedio
- Level 5 = High intermediate / intermedio alto
- Level 6 = Advanced / avanzado

Private One-on-One Spanish Language Lessons:
Private lessons are the flexible solution for people with specific needs for content and schedule. Private lessons can be from 1 to 5 students. Schedule and content are flexible. Classes can be cancelled with a 24 hour notice, except classes scheduled for Mondays must be cancelled latest Friday 19.00 a clock. Classes must be in sessions of minimum 1.5 hour and minimum 1 session a week.
