Jenny Hart Early Education Center:
Jenny Hart Early Education Center in Irvine, Orange County, is a full day Christian preschool serving children ages two years through to kindergarten. We are open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and offer a full day program, half days are not available. We serve breakfast in the early morning as well as morning and afternoon snack. We also serve milk with lunches that the children bring from home. We have 6 classrooms and low teacher / child ratios in a family environment. We are a ministry of the Irvine Presbyterian Church, founded in 1985 in memory of Jennifer Lynn Hart. (1978 - 1984).

Education Programs:
Preschool programs for children ages two years through to kindergarten:

- Blue Alligators (2 year olds):
Our two-year-old class has a ratio of 3 loving teachers to 17 children. This low ratio allows for lots of attention while our two's learn all those important self- help skills, including potty training!

- Brown Bears (3 year olds):
In our Brown Bear room, the children are 3-years-old and are fully potty trained. The Ratio is 1: 8 and the class size is 2 qualified teachers to 17 children. The Brown Bears focus on learning important social skills and beginning concepts such as number and name recognition. They love to express themselves through creative art and other sensory activities. Miss Jillian and Miss Carrie expertly guide them into independence.

- Purple Caterpillars (3 to 4 year olds):
The Purple Caterpillars are 3 to 4 -years-old. The ratio is 1: 8, with a class size of 2 qualified teachers to 17 children. Miss Laurie & Miss Michelle carefully plan a curriculum designed to help their children grow and learn according to their interests. Through their integrated curriculum, the children are exposed to many experiences, from "reptiles" to "firefighters", while developing the whole child.

- Yellow Ducks (Pre-Kindergarten):
This is one of our Pre-Kindergarten rooms for children between the ages of 4-years-old and 5-years-old. The ratio is 1:8, the class size is 17 children with 2 qualified teachers. Our mama ducks Miss Christina & Miss Erin teach our Pre-K kids all those important kindergarten readiness skills in a developmentally appropriate way.

Social development is also a main focus for these children as they learn through playful experiences in a stimulating environment carefully designed for learning. Our Pre-kindergarten classes incorporate Open Court Language & Literacy program as well as Handwriting Without Tears into their Curriculum.

- Red Dinos (Pre-Kindergarten):
Our Red Dinosaur class is a Pre-K class for 4 & 5-year-olds. The ratio in this room is 1: 8 and the class size is 17 children with 2 qualified teachers. Miss Rachel and Miss Darlene foster a sense of independence and initiative in their Red Dinosaurs. As they help them learn through play, the children develop necessary skills to be successful in Kindergarten. Our Pre-kindergarten classes incorporate Open Court Language & Literacy program as well as Handwriting Without Tears into their curriculum.

- Kindergarten Program:
Kindergarten at Jenny Hart features a full day of balanced, hands-on academics that challenge the whole child. The small class size of 17 children with 2 teachers will ensure that your child receives individual attention as they are introduced to the world of academics.

Our full day, in a continuous learning environment, also eliminates the need for costly before and after school care. Miss Molly and Miss Melina are dedicated to guiding their children through the love of learning. Our Kindergarten curriculum follows California State Standards.
