North Cedar Academy:
With a beautiful and safe location in the Wisconsin Northwoods, North Cedar Academy (NCA) is a dual-enrolment private boarding high school for U.S. and international students in Grades 9-12. Students graduate with a high school diploma and an Associate in Arts (AA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Colleges (UWC). All of our courses are taught at Advanced Placement (AP) or college level.
Boarding high school for Grades 9-12
We offer a full dual-credit program with students graduating with
- a high school diploma
- an Associate in Arts (AA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Colleges (UWC)
Prep Academy – Grades 9 & 10
Beginning in the 9th grade, and accelerating in the 10th grade, students will be intensively fortified for success in dual enrollment courses. An Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is developed for each student to track and monitor individual student outcomes and progress.
Collegiate Academy – Grades 11 & 12
NCA students will be enrolled in a broad range of dual-credit college classes to satisfy high school diploma and AA requirements. AA degrees earned at NCA will transfer to all University of Wisconsin system colleges and to most other colleges and universities in the U.S.
