Fairview International School, located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, is the first and only International Baccalaureate School in Wangsa Maju. Fairview International School provides children from the age of four with an education of the highest standard using English as the medium of instruction. - IGCSE
The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (abbreviated IGCSE or iGCSE) is an internationally recognized qualification for school students, typically in the 15-16 age group. It is similar to the GCSE in England, Wales & Northern Ireland, Standard Grade in Scotland or Junior Certificate in the Republic of Ireland.  The IGCSE prepares students for further academic work, including progression to AS Level and A Level study, Cambridge Pre-U and the IB Diploma Programme. It is recognized by academic institutions and employers around the world.

- International Baccalaureate - IB Diploma Program
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a two-year educational programme for students aged 16–19 that aims to provide an internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education and is recognised by many universities worldwide.

- International Teacher Training Program
Fairview International School is providing full academic scholarships to eligible SPM school-leavers for an International Teacher Training Programme. Candidates who successfully complete the programme will obtain an internationally recognised teaching qualification.
