Sri Rafelsia is a leading provision in Kuala Lumpur, which celebrates diversity in learning. We believe that each learner is unique and therefore has his or her own way of processing information. We specialize in learning support for learners with reading, writing, spelling & math difficulties, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia.

Specialist Educational Assessments:
We are able to administer ability, attainment, and achievement testing and our psychologist is licensed by the British Psychological Society. Our detailed cognitive profiling enables learners with "hidden" abilities to be identified. Our educational assessments reports are accepted internationally and also for exam access arrangements for IB and IGCSE examinations.

Language-based Disorders & Literacy Coaching:
All assessments are carried out on an individual basis. the assessment forms the core and basis for intervention of individual learners. Our learners are then, placed within the mainstream systems, both private and international and have coped well with our after-school coaching programs. Learners aged between 6 -16 years are accepted into this program upon successful completion of our pre-testing process.

Early Intervention:
Carried out in small groups of no more than 3 learners, children aged 2-8 years are accepted for enrolment into this program. Difficulties catered to include: Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, Speech delays, Developmental delays, Dyspraxia, Auditory processing disorders and other mild to moderate literacy-based learning difficulties Each child will have an individualized education plan (IEP) developed based on the interview and detailed observations in the first few weeks of intervention. These are then modified as necessary to maximize potentials and promote learning in a fun, yet structured and organized manner.


Study Skills Training:
This course is aimed at making students more effective learners in and outside the classroom. Skills trained include comprehension, vocabulary building, essay writing, discrimination and sequential thinking, problem-solving, memory enhancement, analytical and critical thinking, concentration building and creativity in thought.

Parenting Skills:
This program is aimed at first-time parents who want to gain a higher level of confidence and learn 21st-century parenting techniques. Suitable for individual and groups or no more than 5 couples. The course is run once per week and includes assignments, lectures, discussions, and role-playing.
