Kirpal Sagar Academy established in 1989 by Dr. Harbhajan Singh, is managed by Unity of Man, a Cultural, Spiritual and Charitable organization working on International level. It strives to awaken man to an awareness of unity: the brotherhood of man under the fatherhood of God.
The goal of Value Education in the Boarding area of Kirpal Sagar Academy appears to direct students towards migration into a mature world at the same time it prepares students academically, socially, physically, psychologically and makes them culturally rich for a global citizenship.

At Kirpal Sagar, an International School, the latest instruction methodology and a hi-tech education system with due emphasis on ancient Indian Heritage and Culture would enable the students to be global citizens of tomorrow.
The students will be trained in self-learning skills and self-study techniques thereby promoting self-development. For the various sports activities like horse-riding, swimming, etc, personalized professional coaching is available on the campus. A regular visit of a dietician to the campus will ensure that the nutrition factor is retained while offering variety in the diet.
Club activities help the students to learn and practice skills that will help them express themselves with their individuality. To nurture the talent of each Kirpalian, Kirpal Sagar Academy has made extensive arrangements that enable the students to learn different arts, crafts, music and dance . The Library has a voluminous stock of books for all age groups. It has been located separately on the campus to facilitate a quiet atmosphere for peaceful reading and study.
Special experiential learning environments have been created for understanding the concepts of subjects like mathematics and science and also social studies and languages.
The Library is available to the students six days a week. For research and study, the computers integrated with library resources are also available.The following facilities are provided in the Library :
• A journal section for reference.
• Different types of Encyclopedias on all subjects.
• Different types of entertainment books and newspapers to update on news and happenings and also to create an awareness of current events.
• A spacious reading hall.
One of the objectives of education is to inculcate in children, the appreciation of beauty and to help them develop a sense of aesthetics. A lot of emphasis is placed on the Fine as well as the Performing Arts. In junior school, compulsory exposure is given to art and craft, music and dance, dramatics etc. In Middle school, each student chooses one or two areas to develop and expertise in, and skilled guidance is provided on a regular basis.
The fine arts department at KSA is structured to initiate students in a multitude of expressionist media including pencil, pastels, crayons, clay and plaster.
These include horse riding, swimming, gymnastics and athletics. The campus provides outdoor space for a 400 meter athletic track, tennis and basketball courts and an Olympic-size playing field for Football, Cricket, Martial Arts and Basketball. An all season Olympic-size swimming pool and a separate early- year pool with swim jets and play accessories is available with professional coaching. Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular and upper lower body workout under the supervision of trained professionals. The vast expanse of land encourages cross country running and other gymnastic activities.
The campus has a well equipped hospital under the supervision of qualified medical and nursing personnel who are the residents in the campus and will be available round the clock. All students will be required to undergo periodic medical check-up. The health history of each student will be maintained. If a student falls ill, special diet is prescribed by the medical officer, such diet will be provided without any charge.
In case of serious illness necessitating the moving of the child out of the Academy for prolonged hospitalization, parents will have to make their own arrangements and also withdraw the child temporarily from the Academy, if need be. Parents will be asked to take away their wards suffering from any contagious or communicable diseases for treatment outside the campus.
A Cafeteria is available in the campus for the students to relax and refresh. The School stresses on hygienic and ensures that the Cafeteria is clean and tidy. The school promotes vegetarianism, and so, there will be a choice only in vegetarian food. The food and snacks served to the students are balanced and nutritious, promoting health awareness.
The Academy has a multipurpose gymnasium centre built to existing international standards to cater all the requirements of a modern health club. Membership to this club is given to boarder students on the advice of resident doctors. Students are given guidence by an expert trainer. The facilities include Body Building, Weight lifting, Aerobatics etc.
Kirpal sagar Academy is having a swimming pool for the boarders. There are two pools, one is for the kids and the other is for elder ones. There is a proper coaching for students.Timings for Girls and Boys are different. Every 3 days the water gets drained and new water is filled .
The Agriculture and the Dairy Farm have been set up on modern standards. The Agriculture Farm provides wheat, rice, vegetables, and vegetable oils to the Common Kitchen and the mess of the Kirpal Sagar Academy. This land was barren, uneven, and unfit to yield anything. Now with the help of many volunteers the whole area has turned green and yields more than required. The cows and buffalos in the Farm provide sufficient milk for the Common Kitchen and the School Mess.
