Summer Study Abroad Programs in Rome:
Torre di Babele offers a six-week summer study abroad program called "Italian Language and Culture - Classical and Modern Civilization". This course allows university students to combine
the full immersion experience of living in Rome with their study of Italian language and culture.- Italian Language Classes:
The summer program is available to students of all levels of Italian, providing you the opportunity to learn the language as a beginner or to build on prior skills. Classes are made up of a maximum of 12 students, grouped according to their level of communication skills in Italian. The full range of language skills are addressed: listening, speaking, reading, writing. All courses are taught by highly trained instructors specializing in the teaching of Italian as a foreign language.
- Italian Culture Program:
In addition to their Italian language courses, students participate in an Italian cultural program throughout their stay in Rome. This includes lectures, seminars, guided tours and field trips covering a range of subjects: Italian history, history of art, architecture, music, opera, cinema, theater and literature, as well as Italian cooking and wines. Excursions to other cities of interest are offered throughout the program: Orvieto, Florence, Naples and Pompeii, Siena, etc.

Lingua Madre is an Italian language school in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy. We offer Italian courses to students from around the world. Genoa (called Genova in Italian) forms the southern corner of the Milan-Turin-Genoa industrial triangle of north-west Italy. It is approximately 400kms (1 hour flight) from the capital, Rome.We offer intensive Italian courses, Italian evening classes, preparation for the CELI exam and private Italian lessons. Our courses are suitable for students of all levels of Italian - beginner, intermediate & advanced.
We organise a series of cultural and social activities that range from Italian and international cuisines to cultural displays, tours to discover the city of Genoa, sailing and excursions. Founded in 2005, L'Italiano Porticando is a family-run and friendly Italian language school in Turin, teaching exclusively the Italian language and culture to foreigners. Students will enjoy our inviting and warm atmosphere which allow them to learn easily the Italian language and to get to know many aspects of daily life in Italy.The lessons are held by experienced mother-tongue teachers using the direct communicative teaching method and motivating the students to participate actively in their lessons and extra-curricular activities: In the afternoon the students have the possibility to join cooking lessons, to take part in wine tastings and in walks in the city centre practicing outside the classroom what they have learned at school.

The Centro Machiavelli was founded in 1978, and is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, in the area of Santo Spirito.
