Happy Days International Preschool is conveniently located near Ebisu Garden Place in Ebisu in central Shibuya, Tokyo. Our school is for kids aged 18 months - 5 years old where we offer developmentally appropriate, theme based curriculum which focuses on the ‘whole’ child. The school’s curriculum is based upon the Primary Years Program and the British Foundation Stage. Our mission is to give young children the necessary knowledge and understanding, skills and processes to take on the challenges of the modern world in a positive and creative way.
At Happy Days International Preschool, we maintain a teacher / child ratio of 1:6. Indoor and outdoor play is part of our regular routine, and educational excursions and outings are built into our program. New Hope International Preschool in Tokyo, Japan is an affordable, quality Christian preschool and kindergarten. School hours are from 10:00 to 2:30, Monday through Friday. Some of our graduates enter elementary school in the spring (Japanese schools), while others enter in the fall (international schools). Rather than having a fixed beginning and ending of the school-year, we use three terms. Orientation is held at the beginning of each term (April, January, and September). Graduation ceremonies are in March for children who will enter elementary school in the spring, and at the end of June for children who will enter elementary school in the fall.
