Oakdale Christian Academy is accredited through AdvanceEd (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the North Central Association), by Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), and through the Kentucky Non-Public Schools Commission.

Accreditation confirms the school has met the minimum standards accredited schools in such areas as the organization and administration, instructional program, faculty preparation and proficiency, media services, finances, student activities, budget, various services, and school plant.

International Boarding Students:
For international students, it is best to plan to come to Oakdale when you are at an age young enough to have time to adjust to the culture and language and then benefit from the academics. However, you must also be old enough to have the emotional maturity to handle being far away from home.

We try to be very sensitive to students adjusting to a new culture and environment and we recognize that it can be a very big change for a student. Oakdale also offers a wonderful opportunity to make those adjustments in a small, supportive, diverse and Christian environment.
