Founded in 1872, The Dwight School is a PreK-12 private international school located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side in New York City. PlayWorks NYC is a pediatric therapy center in Rego Park, Queens that provides physical, occupational and speech and language therapy to children with special needs from infancy through to teenage years. We offer services in a professional, nurturing environment with highly qualified staff. We contract directly with the Department of Education, Early Intervention Agencies and accept private payment. PlayWorks main aim is to provide therapeutic services to children with special needs. We are approved by both the NYS Department of Health & the New York City Board of Education.

PlayWorks was born out of a simple love of working with children with special needs and their families. We wanted to have a safe, comfortable, professional place for parents and children to come to for quality therapy. PlayWorks prides itself on offering speech, physical, and occupational therapy with the utmost professionalism in a warm, nurturing environment.

Our mission is to serve children with special needs by enhancing capabilities and fostering independence through high quality therapeutic programs, serve as a resource and respond to the needs of parents, professionals and members of the community.
Pediatric Therapy Program - Specialty Therapies include:

Caedmon is a PreK-5 Modified Montessori school located on a quiet, residential street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York. We are a school with a large international population. 25% of our enrollment comes to us from as many as 25 different countries. Caedmon maintains a class structure that allows the instruction to be more individualized. The Caedmon School consists of six levels: Beginners, Early Program, Kindergarten, Lower Level, Middle Level and Upper Level. Each class has two teachers - a head teacher and an associate.

Individual and unique learning styles are an important factor in curriculum design – a wide variety of approaches is used to take such differences into account. Watershed Learning Center's The Birch School & Homeschool Resource Center is a learning alternative for youngsters in Orange County, NY and the Greater Hudson Valley. It is a nature-based, ecology program based on democratic principles. We serve students ages 4 - 17 with Full-time and Part-time school options, and Homeschoolers.
