The Big Apple Academy is a private, co-educational, independent K-12 school located in Brooklyn, New York. We invite children from different boroughs of New York City to enroll and develop their abilities in our elementary school. Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island NY are covered in school bus transportation.

Our students are engaged in courses including English Literature, Writing, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Music Appreciation, Art Appreciation, Foreign Language, Computer Science and Technology and Sports.

Swimming classes are also scheduled as part of the physical education program (held at the Dolphin Swimming School). Kindergarteners are given an hour to nap while the rest of the school takes this time to rest through quiet play, extracurricular academic clubs and other activities.

Our curriculum is informed by the standards of learning designed for K-12 NY schools by the New York State Department of Education, as well as those provided by various national pedagogical organizations.
