- Preschool / Kindergarten Program: (ages 2-3 years old)
Children learn and play in a structured environment.

- Pre-Kindergarten Program: (ages 4-5 years old)
Children will be taught to develop skills that form the foundation for reading, writing and mathematics.

- Afterschool Programs:
Pre-KinderGarten (ages 2-3 years old) / Elementary: (ages 5-10 years old)
This program is filled with activities which encourage the active language acquisition in your child, imbedded in themes that follow the seasonal calendar.
Also for elementary (ages 5-10 years old) there is a reading / writing program.

- Summer Camp Program: (ages 2-7 years old)
It is conducted in a full German speaking environment, with the focus on developing a child's language abilities and all summer camp teachers are native German speakers.

Hills Learning is a language school centrally located in Manhattan, NYC (right beside Grand Central Station). We offer Mandarin Chinese language programs for kids, teenagers and adults which combine fun and interactive language activities with quality Chinese language instruction.

Our theory is you can't learn language without culture, and you don't learn anything if it's not fun.

We offer group Mandarin Chinese classes which are held at the Hills Learning center. Private Chinese lessons can be held throughout the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island) as well as in parts of Connecticut and New Jersey.

Our teachers are available to do lessons at the child’s home, just as long as a parent or legal guardian is present. We also offer online Chinese classes.

Deutsches Haus is a non-profit organization and operates under the umbrella of the Faculty of Arts and Science of New York University; since 1977 its university affiliation has provided a solid academic basis. We offer German Language Courses for adults and children and are operating as the official Language program of the Goethe-Institut New York, as well as its official examination center.

Our children's classes cater to both bilingual German children as well as beginners, Pre-K through age 10. Adults may register for courses in all language levels from beginner through very proficient. Deutsches Haus also offers a wide range of cultural events and a bookclub.

The Deutsches Haus is located in a 19th-century mews building in the heart of Manhattan's Greenwich Village, NY City. German-American School is a private, not-for-profit German language school that offers an after-school German language program for children from the ages of 4 - 15 throughout the Greater New York City area. We also offer German classes for adults. We offer our classes in convenient locations in Manhattan, NYC; Ridgewood, Queens; Garden City and Franklin Square in Long Island.

Currently 320 students ages 4-15 attend our after-school German programs. We have a staff of 21 experienced teachers, many of whom have been with us for many years. No previous German language knowledge is required to enter our language program. Our after-school classes meet once a week for 1.75 hours. The German-American school has been Regents-accredited since 1911.
