Skype English Classes:
Skype English Classes offers online English courses using Skype. The English classes are high quality with professional English teachers. English courses are offered with a flexible schedule so that you can take them online from your own home at any time you wish. All your English Classes are recorded and made available to you in MP3 format so that you can review and listen to your English class as many times as you would like. All of the English course materials are provided to you online through email or Skype messaging.

Beginner English Classes:
Our Beginner classes are to help get you started with the basics in English and to create a foundation of English in which you can build upon. Beginners is practical for anyone at this level we will study an equal mixture of grammar, conversation, and listening. This integrated approach will help prepare you for travel, work, and school. You will get your basics in English as well as some good conversational specifics for traveling, school, and work. If you have any areas of weakness or specific areas we need to review we can start in the Beginners category and move you to the next level when you are ready.

Intermediate English Classes:
Many people fall into the intermediate category. In the intermediate we do a lot of review of the beginner level and start adding vocabulary, more complicated grammatical rules, reading, writing, as well as trying to improve the pace of conversation, pronunciation, and accent. We will start to read more and we will have conversations at a more normal pace in English. At this level we want you to feel comfortable thinking in English and speaking in the moment. In intermediate English classes we use an integrated approach often mixing our classes with music, current issue articles, stories, and conversation.

Advanced English Classes:
Our advanced English classes are great to help you gain fluency. We focus a lot on reading, writing, and speaking. This class can help you prepare for any Fluency certification or allow you to speak and understand English at a normal speed. We prepare students for First Certificate, PET, as well as any university classes or translation classes that you may need. We use practice exams as well as essay writing and practice readings, we also give oral exams and mock interviews to help you prepare for the exams you need to pass. We use an integrated approach suited to what your needs are for taking the class.

Conversational English Classes:
This class is to help you gain fluency. After this class you will feel comfortable holding a conversation in English, asking questions in English and reading in English. We start by deciding on some topics that you are interested in and then we will read articles covering these topics, and have discussions. The topics can range from relationships, politics, health whatever you find interesting. I will correct you on any grammar or pronunciation problems that you might be having. Conversation classes are recommended for people at Intermediate and advanced levels.

Business English Classes:
This is a class specifically adapted to your needs in the business world. If you need to communicate with English speaking clients through email then we will focus on your writing skills. We will practice with emails and more formal letters and discuss the difficulties you may have with grammar. If you need English mainly to communicate by phone then we can focus on listening and speaking. We will pay close attention to accent and pronunciation. In this class we will learn vocabulary specific to your business, and read articles related to your business in order to familiarize you with any specific terminology you might need to be successful in your business.

English for Adolescents:
This is one of my favorite classes. Give your adolescent the gift of a second language, this is the perfect age to really start focusing on fluency. We use a lot of music, articles, and movies or short you tube videos to help keep teenagers excited and learning. We do a lot of conversation and introduce grammar rules in fun ways that won’t get too boring. If your teenager has to pass an exam this is a perfect way for them to brush up on their English with a native teacher. If teenagers are struggling in their schools or if they just want to practice this is a good choice. If your teenagers start taking English classes now they will have an advantage in their studies, and their work for the rest of their lives.

Travel English Classes:
These are short intensive classes to get you ready for a trip. They focus on travel vocabulary, asking directions, different menus, etc.
