Roth Jewish Community Center Early Childhood Centers:
Roth Jewish Community Center (JCC) offers preschool programs at our two campuses in Orlando and Maitland (in the Greater Orlando Area) in Orange County. We offer full-time options beginning at 8 weeks through to Pre-K, as well as part-time preschool programs beginning at 18 months. Our Early Childhood Learning Centers strive to give children a balanced program that is specifically tailored to the individual child. Since 1994, the lessons taught at the JCC's Early Childhood Learning Center have given children the tools need to succeed in school – 100% of our graduates' parents report that their children came to Kindergarten well-prepared, according to the JCC's annual kindergarten survey.

Our curriculum is academically strong, while preserving the value of play for young children. The program goals are to foster individuality in children while enhancing their social-emotional, creative, physical, academic and cultural development.

At the JCC, children of all faiths are embraced. The JCC teaches Jewish values — such as charity, kindness, and repairing the world. In addition, children celebrate Jewish culture through food, song and story. While the JCC is not a synagogue or religious institution, it proudly celebrates Jewish culture in a fun, inclusive way.

Our Staff:
Our teachers all have specialized training in early childhood education. All of our staff members participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the very highest quality of education. In addition, half of our teachers have been with the JCC for an average of 14 years.

Shayna’s Village:

Shayna’s Village:  Cultural Arts Center for Young Children is a kid-sized village located within the Richard S. Adler Early Childhood Learning Center of the Roth Jewish Community Center in Maitland in the Greater Orlando Area of Florida. It offers young children and their parents the opportunity to learn creativity through a variety of activities for children aged between 6 weeks through to Pre-Kindergarten including art, storytime, science, cooking, gardening and more. Some classes are for both parent and child, or “mommy and me.” while others are just for children.

Inside Shayna’s Village, you’ll discover a Loft Library, Children’s Theater, Science and Discovery Area, Teaching Kitchen, Artpark, and Playscape Garden. Classes take place throughout the year and are open to new students at any time.

After-School Programs:

From group classes to private lessons, the Roth JCC’s J University program nurtures, encourages and stimulates children’s interests in just about everything, while giving parents full control over their children's after school schedules. J University transports children from most area elementary schools to the Roth JCC in Maitland or Orlando, where parents can pick up their children by 6 p.m.

J University offers a supervised homework room, daily snack low staff-to-child ratio, plus cool classes including:

Conveniently located close to the heart of Downtown Miami, Global Connection Preschool provides early childhood education programs for children ages 1-5.

The Broach School was started in 1973 to meet the ever-increasing need for quality personalized instruction.
