St. Bernadette Catholic Elementary School, Rockford:
St. Bernadette Catholic Elementary School (Pre-K-8), located in Rockford in Winnebago County in northern Illinois, is an extension of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. As we share the Church's teaching and history, we hope that our students will be strong spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. Students have daily religion instruction and attend Mass weekly. Students are encouraged to participate in the Mass through music, serving, ushering, and lectoring.
Academic Programs:
- St. Bernadette's Pre-K-8 academic program is officially recognized by the State of Illinois.
- We provide instruction in the traditional academic subjects (Math, Reading, Language/English, Phonics, Science, & Social Studies).
- In addition to these curricular areas, students are instructed in Religion, Physical Education, Music, Art, Computers and Library.
- Students are tested using the IOWA Test of Basic Skills in grades 2-7.
- Our students generally score at or above their grade level on these tests. The results help us measure academic growth and the effectiveness of our curriculum.
Extended Day Program:
St. Bernadette School Extended Day Program provides before and after school care for St. Bernadette School students in grades K-8th. It is available full-time, part-time and on an emergency basis. If a child is not picked up by 2:55pm, they will be sent to Extended Day and the regular fees will apply.
Extra-Curricular Activites:
St. Bernadette School offers a variety of extra curricular programs including the alter server programs, Scholastic Bowl, Band, Choir, Yearbook, Newspaper, Student Council, Patrol, Boy/Girl Scouts and Athletics. The Athletic Program hosts Soccer (co-ed) in the fall, Boys and Girls Basketball in the winter, and Volleyball (co-ed) in the spring for students in 5th through to 8th grades. Participation in all athletic programs is subject to eligibility standards in academics and conduct.

Child's Play Touring Theatre, based in Chicago, Illinois, is a private touring theatre company offering workshops, residencies, after school programs, and summer camps across the USA. Child's Play Touring Theatre travels all over the country performing stories and poems written by children. Our mission is to share, encourage and validate the creativity of children by performing original works of theatre, music, and dance adapted from literature written by young authors. Through performances, workshops and intensive residencies, Child's Play is a touring company that has reached an audience of over 4.2 million children, teachers and parents in 38 states. Lincoln Park Preschool (LPP) is a private, early childhood program / day care center located on W. Belden Avenue, at Belden and Lincoln Park West in Chicago, Cook County, IL. We have another school, Lincoln Park Preparatory School, located at Germania and Clark Street – just south of North Avenue in the city. Our early childhood programs (for children ages 2 - 6 years) primary focus is the growth and well being of the child. We provide this best by having a warm, open, nurturing atmosphere that is conducive to learning.Our school is a place where children can develop self-confidence and build a commitment to learning. They take part in discovery-based activities that are developmentally appropriate. We provide a healthy balance between teacher-directed and child-directed activities.

Science Academy of Chicago (SAC) is a college preparatory school located at 8300 N. Greenwood Ave, Niles, IL 60714, for grades 1-8, with special emphasis on math, science and technology. SAC provides an environment of learning and continuous growth for students to reach their highest potential - intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. In the Continental Math League, SAC was ranked 4th Top School in League, 2nd school in the State and 2nd Top School in Chicago Region (11 Gold Medal, 5 Silver Medal, and 8 Special Awards). Five of our students were also chosen to present their project in the State Science Exposition. SAC took Third Place and two special awards in National Engineers "Week Chicago Regional Future City Competition".
