Located in the town of Cáceres in south-western Spain, Liceo Hispánico is an international Spanish language school that specializes in both the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language, and preparing teachers for Spanish language instruction. We offer short, medium, and long-term linguistic and cultural immersion courses specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals, companies, or organized groups. Additionally, we provide many housing options and organize tours to visit Spain. The school is open all year round and caters for all levels of students.

Year-round Spanish Language Courses in Spain:

Intensive 1-week Spanish Courses
Intensive courses are available at all levels and include courses from 20 to 50 hours per week where you can work all the skills of the Spanish language. 
If you prefer, you can make "combined courses" and choose:
- 20 hours of general Spanish + 5 hours Spanish culture (per week)
- 20 hours of general Spanish + 5 hours One to One lessons (per week)
- 25 hours of general Spanish + 5 hours reading and writting competence (per week)

Long Term 1-month Courses
Courses with the same content and objectives as intensive courses but destined to students who want to learn Spanish for a long time or for those students for whom the classes are a good complement to personal studies. They can be different according to the number of lessons

- Level of minimum access: Not required
- Levels in whitch it is distributed: All levels

- Lessons for week: 2, 4 or 8 (depending on course)

Teach Spanish as a Foreign Language courses
Spanish course for people who want to engage in teaching Spanish as foreign language and haven't knowledge about how do it, or active teachers of Spanish who wish to deepen language teaching. The course also contributes to reflect on the role of the teacher in the classroom of Spanish as foreign language or second language.

Duration: 60 contact hours and 40 to writing an article in our magazine (with ISSN).

Targets: provide at the Spanish teacher the tools necessary for proper preparation and delivery of classes and a variety of teaching strategies to guide you in daily teaching skills. In addition to this course, Liceo Hispánico offers the chance to publish in a magazine of Spanish as foreign language in order to enter in the market as a Spanish teacher, a trade publication and not just specific training. For publication you will be helped by a tutor (a specialist in Spanish as foreign language) that will guide you through the process of writing the article.
