Instituto San Fernando, located in 7 cities across Spain, is a private Academic Institution offering Spanish language immersion programs to groups and individuals of all ages and abilities. We organize custom-designed linguistic programs for government entities, universities/colleges, high schools, and tailor made programs for groups of students. In Instituto San Fernando, we think that living with a Spanish family is the best way to get “immersed” in the Spanish culture. All the families that take in our students have been carefully chosen trough a selection process made by our Housing department. Also, it is the best way to experience the best Spanish cuisine. The main advantage of living with a family is that, the student is forced to speak Spanish all the time. Our students learn Spanish in daily conversation, in a natural manner; they are closer to the customs, the culture and the way of living of the Spanish people.
Our Objective:
Our objective is that students learn and be able to use their Spanish in a wide variety of situations and environments, and that they learn more about Spanish culture in general. As such, we strive to teach Spanish in its proper cultural context. Our students learn a new language, while at the same time come into continual contact with the most outstanding aspects of Spanish culture and society. The Spanish language and its culture, both in the classroom and outside in real life are an experience we believe to be rewarding and where the student’s rapid progress will be easily seen.
Our Team:
During years of hard work we have created many educational programs with only one goal: to project and teach the Spanish laguage. Our staff has always worked with the intention of making sure that our students feel at home and be happy with the progress they are making. It is not easy to adapt to the changes our society challenges us with; it is because we belive in a strong human, technological, and structural growth that we are able to satisfy the expectations of our participants.
Thanks to the help of our students and collaborators, Instituto San Fernando has experienced success after success, yearafter year, making us a reference point in the education field.
